Kristen Stewart is looking a lot different from the woman that the public recognized before- but in a good way.

On Monday, Daily Mail posted photos of the actress as she stepped out in New York in a white top, sunglasses and jeans. As she strolled down the sidewalk, she seemed to notice the cameras. And instead of ignoring them, she looked straight ahead and gave a nice, big smile.

Stewart has been known for having a lack of facial expressions when cameras are around her, but she seems to be in a much more joyous state of mind. Not only did she show off her pearly white teeth, but she even gave a thumbs-up and opened her mouth in goofy yet cute poses.

The site mentioned that the actress was heading to meet some friends, which may or may not have included her rumored girlfriend Alicia Cargile. If it does, then perhaps the actress might be full of smiles because of her potential relationship.

So far, Stewart nor Cargile have confirmed or denied if they're dating or not.

Despite having a reputation of rarely showing off a grin, Stewart recently made it clear that she does smile- often actually.

"The whole smiling thing is weird because I actually smile a lot," she told ELLE UK via Daily Mail. "I literally want to be like, 'Dude, you would think I was cool if you got to know me.'"
