Twilight star Robert Pattinson has put a ring on it with fiancee FKA Twigs, but the announcement didn't happen in the best way it could have.

On Thursday, In Touch shared an interview with rapper T-Pain who spilled the beans that Twigs and Pattinson were preparing to tie the knot when he told Vulture in April. Apparently, that other interview happened early in the morning and he let out the big news without realizing it.

"I f--ked up on that one," T-Pain said. "That was my bad."

He then mentioned that he didn't know it was still a secret at that point due to the couple's massive popularity.

"I really thought people knew because it was such a big deal they were even together," the rapper explained. "It took me a while to contact her after that."

Despite the fact that Twigs "definitely gave a f--k" about the incident, T-Pain said that he and the singer are "still friends."

The engagement between Twigs and Pattinson is a major news item at this point especially since the actor was known for dating his Twilight co-star Kristen Stewart. Once their relationship came to and end, the media couldn't get enough of where their lives were heading from there.

According to a recent report from OK! Magazine, the actress has been "spreading poisonous rumors" about her ex's future wife. And Twigs is supposedly not happy being a media target.

"She's been ripping into Rob, telling him she didn't sign up for this media circus and saying she had no idea it was going to be this bad," a source said.
