Following Thursday's assault arrest, the Teen Mom 2 star was hit by backlash from fans who felt the scabs on her face were the result of drug use. However, in one of her latest Instagram posts, the reality star and mother of two explained the real reason behind her scabs.
"#Selfie , yes I have acne. #DontJudgeMe," she wrote.

Last Thursday, Evans was arrested for the 13th time in the last five years after she allegedly three a glass cup at the head of her ex-fiance Nathan Griffith's new girlfriend, Jessica Henry. In an inteview after the arrest took place, Evans' attorney, Amy S. Lawrence gave details about the altercation.
“It’s my understanding that Nathan was asked to come get some of his things and that [Evans] would leave them at the end of the driveway so that there would be no need to have interaction between the two of them,” Lawrence told Us Weekly. “And Jenelle had requested that he not bring his new girlfriend and he said that’s fine.”
However, Griffith's girlfriend did show up, causing a scene between the two women.
"He walked out and she had a glass of ice water in her hand, and it’s my understanding that he got out and …. had a verbal altercation,” Lawrence explained.
