'Teen Mom 2' Star Jenelle Evans Is Out Of Jail After Her Arrest For Assault

On Sunday, just three days after being released from the Surfside Jail in Myrtle Beach, S.C., the Teen Mom 2 star relocated from the home she and Nathan Griffith once shared to a new home closer to her mother and oldest son, Jace.

"Successful move in to our new neighborhood, at least Jax thinks so! One day done," Evans wrote on Instagram.

Following her arrest, Evans claimed to have full-custody of her one-year-old son, Kaiser, and is believed to have taken him with her to North Carolina.

“Nathan hasn’t seen Kai in a week,” she told Radar Online on Friday. “In the state of South Carolina, if no custody is in place, then I have full rights.”

As for what happened during Evans' fight with Jessica Henry, the drama was allegedly prompted by Evans' move.

“Jenelle told Nathan to come get his stuff out of their house because she is moving in two weeks and he brought his new girlfriend, Jessica Henry,” an insider told Radar Online. “This really made Jenelle mad. They ended up getting in a fight and she threw a glass at Jessica. So Nathan called the cops.”
