Safaree Samuels and Zashia Santiago might be going strong after they fought off cheating and breakup rumors, but now Santiago is getting lots of attention after more news comes about the life she lived before dating Samuels.

Bossip has obtained official court document that reveal Santiago now has to pay after getting caught lying to her probation officer. In the ruling that a judge just handed down last week (on August 19), Santiago has to take part in a special “Moral Reconation Therapy” program that aims to prevent former criminals from breaking the law multiple times. The counseling will be a group situation led by none other than the probation officer.

The documents read in part, “The Defendant admitted to the violation…The Court finds that Defendant has violated the terms and conditions of supervision.”

The ordeal stems from Santiago guilty plea to felony possession of unauthorized access devices back in 2013. At the time she worked as a nursing assistant and stole the personal information of 20 patients staying at the hospital including their dates of birth, social security numbers and even their addresses. She said she gave all of the information to a man who wanted to use it submit fake tax returns. She was supposed to get up to $10,000 out of the deal but ended up losing her healthcare license instead.

But that does’t mark the end of her troubles. She was arrested again in May after her probation officer found out that she wasn’t truthful about doing her 20 hours of community service ordered to her from the court. She is also accused of missing appointments with her probation officer and leaving the city of Miami without telling them.
