Things aren’t looking good for Nick Gordon in Bobbi Kristina Brown’s family’s case against him as he reportedly made a ton of money off of the aftermath surrounding her death.

Nick Gordon Visits Bobbi Kristina’s Gravesite Amid Murder Allegations

Word is that Gordon, who was the longtime boyfriend and even rumored fiancee of Bobbi Kristina when she passed away last month, was paid $40,000 by a publication who wanted to post a photo of him at her gravesite.

One insider shared details with Page Six Wednesday.

“It was not by accident that Nick was photographed at the site.”

Apparently he is going to use the money to pay his growing legal feeds as he is reportedly “broke” and hired jose Baez, the infamous lawyer who represented Casey Anthony.

“He can’t afford to defend himself. There was a deal for that money to go to his defense fund.”

So some of his friends told photographers that he would be visiting Bobbi Kristina’s gravesite so they could capture the moment. Some went as far as showing up two days early to make sure they got a snapshot of Gordon mourning his late girlfriend.

But a member of Gordon’s team shut down the claims that he was paid.

“This is completely fabricated.”

On top of legal fees, Gordon is up against a $10 million lawsuit against filed by Bobbi Kristina’s estate. He is blamed for her “wrongful death” in the documents that claim he gave Bobbi Kristina a “toxic drink” just before she was found unconscious in the bathtub of their home in Roswell, Ga.

Gordon’s reps said the lawsuit is “slanderous”.
