A 'Missing' Kim Richards Just Turned Up With Her Ex-Husband Monty Brinson

Ahead of a Monday court hearing regarding her April 16 arrest at the Beverly Hills Hotel, Richards reportedly cut her foot on a closing door.

"The former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star suffered an injury two days ago, after her foot got caught in a door when it was shutting [and] Richards' doctor told her to stay off her feet for two weeks," Entertainment Tonight reported on Monday. "A photo documenting the injury was provided to lawyers to explain why she didn't appear in court, the source says, and a photo obtained by ET shows a cut extending down approximately one inch between her toes."

Richards was arrested on April 16 at the Beverly Hills Hotel's Polo Lounge, where she had become intoxicated. Once police arrived, Richards was charged with resisting an officer, battery on an officer, trespassing and public intoxication.

During Monday's hearing, as reported by TMZ, Richards was banned from the hotel, a favorite spot of her late mother, and placed on a three-year-probation. Richards will also be required to attend 52 Alcoholics Anonymous classes, and participate in 30 hours of community service.

Although Richards has been in rehab at least twice since her April arrest, she isn't believed to currently be involved in an in-patient treatment. Instead, she appears to be spending time with her ex-husband, Monty Brinson.
