While her Teen Mom 2 co-star, Jenelle Evans, posed on the red carpet with her mother, Barbara, Lowry, her husband, Javi Marroquin, and a number of their friends attended a Kevin Hart comedy show, which was part of his latest tour.

While things between Lowry and Marroquin appear to be going well off-screen, months after filming Teen Mom 2 season six, the currently airing episodes of the series have shown the couple in relationship turmoil.

As a result, Lowry has been faced with harsh criticism on social media.

"Honestly, that is my biggest struggle right now," Lowry recently admitted, according to a report by The Ashley's Reality Roundup. "I want to reply to everyone who has their opinion on my marriage and me in general and sometimes I do but I have to remember that I'm never going to be able to change their minds. Especially when they only see 10-15 minutes of my life a week. Sometimes I just stay off social media. At the need of the day the only people who I have to prove myself to are my family."
