Recent reports regarding Kim Richards' alleged plea deal are false.

'RHOBH' Star Kim Richards Is Reportedly NOT In Rehab

While rumors surfaced earlier this week, claiming the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star had received three years probation, and was required to attend 52 Alcoholics Anonymous classes and 30 days of community labor, a new report has revealed that nothing has yet been decided.

"There were conversations about a negotiated settlement being offered by our office, but the offer was rejected by the defense," Ricardo Santiago, spokesperson for the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office, told PEOPLE Magazine on Wednesday.

According to Santiago, Richards' attorney rejected the deal because "they wanted community service instead of community labor."

Santiago also confirmed Richards skipped the court hearing on Monday due to an injury to her foot, which occurred sometime over the weekend.

“Kim didn’t appear, she was supposed to but she didn’t — they said she had injured her foot and because of that she was unable to attend," the spokesperson explained. "The judge accepted the explanation so the attorney appeared on her behalf.”

Now, Richards' case is schedule to appear in front of a judge for a second time, on Sept. 14, at which point pre-trial negotiations are expected to begin.

If Richards is found guilty of the pending charges against her, which include public intoxication, resisting arrest and battery on an officer, she could face jail time.
