Earlier today, Radar Online claimed the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star had entered a treatment facility after being released from an involuntary 5150 psychiatric hold. However, a second report claims Richards is not currently in rehab.

"Kim is not in rehab right now," a source told E! News on Thursday.

That said, the report also claimed a second source revealed Richards had, in fact, been placed on a 5151 hold, which kept her hospitalized for three days earlier this month.

"Kim has been telling people her family did a 5150 on her the first week of August," an insider revealed of Richards' reported involuntary stay. "She says it was her whole family."

As for rumors of her possible return to Bravo for The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' sixth season, E! News claimed her recent statement regarding her reps being contacted by producers in hopes of bringing her back were untrue.

"Someone gave her wrong information. Kim was just repeating what she had been told," the source explained.

Richards was reportedly fired from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills weeks ago after suffering a relapse earlier this year, and being arrested twice in the months since.

While Richards will not be seen during season six of the Bravo reality series, her sister Kyle has returned to her full-time role.
