While the Vanderpump Rules star seemingly confirmed the news of her new relationship on Thursday, she shared the following tweet with fans on Friday.

Doute and her ex-boyfriend, James Kennedy, began dating after filming wrapped on Vanderpump Rules season two, and their relationship continued throughout season three. Then, amid filming on season four, the former couple called it quits.

"Kristen and James were together at the start of the season, but they broke up during filming," a show source told E! News on Tuesday. "They're not currently together…although with them you never know."

Filming on Vanderpump Rules season four began in late spring, and wrapped earlier this week.

Two days after E! News' report was shared, Doute re-tweeted the following Us Weekly tweet, which spoke of her alleged "new man," Brian Carter.
