Chilli Faces Rumors She Slept With Her Former Manager, Perry “Pebbles” Reid Amid Huge Lawsuit Against TLC

Both of the ladies only made $60,000 apiece for the hit TV movie, The Jasmine Brand reported Friday. The details were revealed in a $40 million lawsuit against the ladies by their former manager, Perri “Pebbles” Reid. Pebbles filed documents against T-Boz and Chilli after she claims she was misrepresented in the movie as a money-hungry manager who took advantage of T-Boz, Chilli and their late third group member Lisa “Lefteye” Lopes.

The depositions for Chilli and T-Boz were filed just this past Wednesday. They shared details of their earnings and other specifics in their deal with the network.

As for T-Boz, she said that VH1 did pay her $10,000 for rights to her life story. They added $50,000 for T-Boz to play a consulting role in the film. When asked if VH1 should have given her more, T-Boz kept it simple and said that is what she and the network decided together.

When it comes to Chilli, she said that while they did receive $60,000, she hoped to bring in more after the film was a success for things like the masters of the new recordings that was made specifically for the movie. Still, she didn’t know how much they made from the masters alone.
