Pretty much everyone's relationship will be shaken up in the upcoming 11th season of Fox's Bones.

Bones showrunner Michael Peterson recently spoke with The Hollywood Reporter about shaking things up in season 11. Dynamics will change as Bones enters its second decade on the air.

"We're going to play with expectations. We've been given the keys to this fantastic car and we're going to see how fast it can go and how well it can handle turns," Peterson said. "We're really not going to rest on the fact that we've done 200-plus episodes. We're going to shake everyone up."

Three of the key relationships in the series will see some shifts at various points in the season: Cam (Tamara Taylor) and Arastoo (Pej Vahdat), Angela (Michaela Conlin) and Hodgins (T.J. Thyne) and, of course, Brennan (Emily Deschanel) and Booth (David Boreanaz).

"Cam and Arastoo get shaken up in the very beginning. There's going to be a shift in Angela's and Hodgins' relationship around episode 10 and we'll see another one for Booth and Brennan later on in the second half of the season," Peterson teased. "It's not going to be a business as usual season. Everything is going to be true to the characters but there are going to be some major, major developments."

Things will be shaken up right away in the season premiere when Booth goes missing. Special Agent Grace Miller (guest star Kim Raver) is called in to lead the investigation into Booth's disappearance, leading to some conflict with Brennan.

Bones season 11 premieres Thursday at 8 p.m. ET/PT on Fox.
