'Agents Of SHIELD' Season 3 Spoilers: Where Is May? Ming-Na Wen Teases Uncertain Return

It's a question that has plagued the MCU since last May, and the season 3 premiere gave viewers this fist glimpse into just how Simmons spent her summer hiatus - running for her life while stranded on an alien planet.

So, now that we know Simmons (Elizabeth Henstridge) is alive, the question that remains is where in the nine realms is she?! If viewers thought they could look to Asgard or Guardians of the Galaxy for answers, it appears they are wrong. VFX supervisor Mark Kolpack has apparently confirmed that Jemma's new mailing address is located on an entirely unknown world.

"That's because we made it up," Kolpack teased when a comic book fan asked why they've never seen such a plant before.

Viewers will get to see much, much more of this intriguing local very soon, according to executive producer Jeph Loeb (see video below).

"What you see in the first show is literally a taste," Loeb informed Entertainment Weekly. "It's a little tiny nugget of what it is to come."
