Leah Messer is reportedly "hurt" by the events of the Teen Mom 2 season six reunion.

Following a dramatic conclusion to season six, which saw Messer's admission to hooking up with Corey Simms during his relationship with Miranda and several allegations of drug use by the couple, a source claims Messer is trying to move on from the shocking situation.

"She is really hurt by this," a source told Us Weekly on Thursday. "She’s not perfect and she knows that but she’s doing so well, and she loves those kids more than anything. Leah’s considering putting Gracie and Ali into therapy."

As fans saw during Teen Mom 2 season six, Messer entered treatment during filming, claiming she was suffering from anxiety and depression. However, as she claimed her mental health was to blame, Simms and his wife claimed she was hiding a drug problem.

"Leah is doing great, actually. She has actually grown as a person. Leah is not on pills right now. She’s not on drugs. She’s doing so well," the source confirmed.

The source then added Simms' on-screen meeting with Jeremy Calvert, Messer's second ex-husband, was set up for the show.

"Like Corey and Jeremy would ever set up a time to sit and chat? That’s all production," the source alleged.
