Shannon Beador and her husband, David, spoke candidly of his affair on Monday during a special one-on-one episode of Watch What Happens Live.

In addition to Shannon revealing details of a phone call with David's mistress, who was identified as Nicole McMackin by the UK's DailyMail.com, the Real Housewives of Orange County star's husband called his affair "horrific."

Days later, Shannon opened up about what she and David have endured in the months since his eight-month affair with McMackin.

"It has been a difficult road, but David and I are in an incredible place today," Shannon wrote in her Bravo blog on Monday. "I continue to focus on the positive in my life and in our marriage, and when bad memories come to me, I remind myself of all the good. You actually see an example of how I go to a 'dark moment' and how I can quickly get out of it. It is possible!!! I'm not going to say it was the easiest process. Infidelity feels like death. But we are there...and beyond! I could not be more grateful for where my life is today."

According to DailyMail.com, McMackin's marriage to her husband, Reed, also remains intact, despite her and David's highly publicized affair.
