In addition to his previously reported arrests and time behind bars, the new love interest of the Teen Mom 2 star, David Eason, was arrested last year for reportedly choking an ex-girlfriend, and threatening to kill her.

“The Defendant did assault [redacted], a female person, by grabbing the victim around the throat and saying to the victim, ‘I will kill you b****,'” court documents obtained by Radar Online on Tuesday revealed, according to the New Hanover Clerk of Court’s office.

The incident involving Eason and the unnamed female took place in April of last year, and resulted in a warrant being placed for Eason's arrest, which occurred the following month. Then, two months later, Eason was found not guilty of the charges brought against him.

Days later, however, Eason began serving a months-long stint behind bars for crimes of drugs, larceny and breaking and entering, and wasn't released from custody until earlier this year.
