Fans of the procedural drama have been filled in on the storyline, which revolves around Camille's (Allison Scagliotti) annual Halloween bash and a wild case in which the Stitchers team will need to investigate the suicide of a potential kidnapper.

Plus, fans of the series have been teased with a super suspenseful promo.

ABC Family has now given fans of the show a sneak peek, which is incredibly creepy.

In the sneak peek clip, which can be watched below, Kirsten (Emma Ishta) seems to be getting ready for a stitch, which is nothing new, but things get weird really fast.

"Alright, let's get this over with," Cameron (Kyle Harris) says prior to initiating the stitch in the lab.

Kirsten then asks from her position for stitching, "Aren't you going to call a 'go, no go' for the stitch?" but Cameron as well as the others in the lab do not respond to her.

A butterfly appears out of nowhere and kind of startles Kirsten as she watches it fly just over her position before landing beside her and then it flies off. Shortly after the water from the tub she is in for the stitch begins to drain.

Kirsten begins to freak out and calls for Cameron's help, but he still doesn't respond nor do the others in the lab as she calls out for Camille and Linus (Ritesh Rajan) too.

Suddenly Kirsten gets locked into her seat in the tub for stitching and she begins to scream as the tub starts to fill with black liquid.

"Cameron, stop the stitch!" she shrieks out of fear several times.

Kirsten then jolts awake in Cameron's bed as a storm is brewing outside so it was a nightmare. A very creepy nightmare! She then walks around Cameron's apartment and notices someone is outside its entrance. She looks through the peephole and initially sees no one and then suddenly a guy pops out from the one side of the hallway and spooks her. She gasps and appears to run back to Cameron's bedroom.

It seems like this is the very first time viewers will really see Kirsten become incredibly rattled. She really doesn't show emotion like ever, but apparently scaring her brings it out of her.
