Based on the latest promo released last Friday, it seems like Francis' illness will take him over since he passed out on the stairs. In what seems to be like good spirits with Mary, he falls apart leaving Mary in fear.

Her strength will have to catch up with her as she makes a visit to Catherine who is losing her sanity more and more these days. As she's restrained, she screams at her rival like a psycho. But Mary will be able to walk away from her and leave the woman tied up in her madness.

Francis is also going to be capable of a sword fight despite the fact that he might not live for much longer. In his view, it doesn't matter if he's dying- he can still do what needs to be done.

As enticing as the royal drama has gotten, unfortunately, it appears that it may not stay on television for much longer. In a recent report from TV By The Numbers, the show has not done too well in ratings and is categorized in the section of 'likely to be canceled by 2016.'

As for CW shows that are 'sure to be renewed by 2016,' this includes The Originals, Arrow and The Flash.

Reign airs on Fridays at 8 p.m. ET on The CW.
