Briana Culberson has been threatened with a lawsuit from her mother Vicki Gunvalson's ex-boyfriend, Brooks Ayers.

According to a Radar Online report on Tuesday, the Real Housewives of Orange County regular recently shared the shocking news with fans online.

“Just found out my mom’s creepy ex boyfriend wants to sue me," Culberson revealed. But she isn't worried, because “he’s done worse sh*t that’s never even been exposed on the show. He’s a loser. … He’s nuts! … All that matters is … he is GONE!”

Culberson also had harsh words for Ayers as she filmed the reunion special for the Bravo series.

"Brooks would do something terrible when my mom was on the other side of the room or in a different room," Culberson alleged during the Real Housewives of Orange County season 10 reunion. "He hit on me when I was pregnant at [my mom's] birthday party, and I told her that he did it, and she called me a liar and said that he would never want me."

Although Gunvalson didn't intially speak up about the issue, she confirmed she believed her daughter's statement after host Andy Cohen questioned her.

"I have to believe it," Gunvalson said. "My daughter said it."
