Brooks Ayers filmed a one-on-one interview with Andy Cohen weeks ago, and soon, the special will air as part of the three-part Real Housewives of Orange County season 10 reunion special.

On Wednesday, Bravo released the first look at the special, and during the sneak peek clip, Ayers is seen making shocking allegations against Vicki Gunvalson's daughter, Briana Culberson.

"What do you think Briana's motivation would be to lie about you," Cohen asks Ayers.

"Manipulation," Ayers responds.

Upon seeing the clip of Ayers' interview, Culberson tells her mother's former boyfriend, "F**k you!"

During season 10, Culberson claimed Ayers had once lied to her about having pancreatic cancer. While it wasn't revealed what Ayers accused Culberson of lying about, that could certainly have been what he was referring to.

As the clip continues, Gunvalson faces off with Edmonds, who slams her for allegedly lying about Ayers' stage 3 Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma diagnosis.

"LeAnn is dead, and here you are trying to say he has cancer," Edmonds says through tears.

Later in the clip, she asks Gunvalson, "So you lied?"

"I didn't lie on purpose," Gunvalson explains.

"You lied on accident!" Edmonds fires back.
