In addition to Gharachedaghi's ongoing health battle, fans are in store for a number of other story lines when Shahs Of Sunset returns to Bravo.

"One major storyline likely to be shown during season five will be the friendship of Reza Farahan and Mike Shouhed," Fashion & Style revealed on Monday. "After their major drama last year, it appears as though Reza and Mike will work on repairing their broken friendship on season five. During season four, the two feuded over drama with Mike's wife Jessica Parido. One other storyline fans can expect to see on season five is Golnesa "GG" Gharachedaghi's battle against rheumatoid arthritis."

In addition, fans will likely see the recent wedding of Farahan and longtime boyfriend Adam Neely, who called off their previous wedding ceremony, which was scheduled to appear on the show's fourth season.

Although Shahs Of Sunset was renewed for season five several months ago, a premiere date for the upcoming episodes has yet to be set.
