Jenelle Evans is reportedly keeping her one-year-old son, Kaiser, from his father, Nathan Griffith.

As rumors continue to swirl regarding Child Protective Service's involvement in their parenting, Starpulse has claimed the Teen Mom 2 star is no longer allowing her son to spend time with his father due to his allegedly illegal driving habits.

"Nathan Griffith called Child Protective Services on his ex-fiancée Jenelle Evans after she left their son Kaiser in the care of a friend while out of the country. But the Teen Mom 2 star should have thought twice before calling CPS, since he’s the one possibly breaking the law!" OK! Magazine reported on Tuesday.

Following Radar Online's report last week, which claimed Griffith had called CPS after learning his former fiancee had left the country without their son -- and without him knowning -- Evans alleged Kaiser's father had been driving without a driver's license or car insurance.

“That’s really nice of a father to have his son driving around with no car insurance,” Evans alleged. “He does not have his license.”

In a second message, via OK! Magazine, Evans told fans that Griffith doesn't have custody of their son, and therefore, she doesn't have to allow him visits.

The cast of Teen Mom 2 is reportedly in production on season seven, which is expected to return to MTV sometime next year.
