As reported by Hollywood Life, the 22-year-old is ready to share to the world what he's been working on. In a two-minute teaser, the instrumental for his new song, "Befour" can be heard in the background. As if the title track couldn't be more controversial, the footage stirs even more by throwing shade on his former mates.

As for his lyrical inspiration? "Life experiences" and "stuff that I've been through, especially in the last five years, being in a band," Malik quips in an interview with Fader magazine.
