All you need is two and a half hours to get this Italian turkey recipe prepared and cooked. Martha Stewart incorporates a lot of fresh herbs into this recipe with rosemary and sage. You'll definitely never want to return to a traditional turkey after this delightful version touches your taste buds. It's loaded with prosciutto along with an equal amount of light and dark meat from the turkey.

World's Simplest Thanksgiving Turkey
Maybe cooking really isn't your thing, but you've been tasked with turkey duty so this recipe might become your best friend. The Food Network Kitchen staff made things super simple since all you're doing is prepping the bird, chopping up carrots, onions and apples to stick inside of it so the aromas while cooking engulf it and of course seasoning the bird with spices and herbs is a must too. You'll be done in just over three hours.

Apple and Sage Turkey
