In other Messer news, the reality star and mother of three is reportedly planning to return to court to regain primary custody of her twins after she was allegedly able to prove that a mistake was made during her previous court hearing. According to a new report, Messer had proof that she wasn't late or absent to her children's kindergarten.

“Leah had all kinds of proof to shut them down,” a friend told Radar Online last week. “They admitted the records were inaccurate.”

As the friend revealed, Messer's ex-husband, Corey Simms, who was granted primary custody of the girls, is close with staff at the school, and believes he may have convinced them to lie.

“Leah is convinced Corey and Miranda persuaded a school employee to mark them tardy,” the source claimed.

And now, Messer has her eye on the prize, feeling that the odds are in her favor to regain custody.

“She has a good chance of bringing this to the court,” the source insisted. “She really could get her daughters back.”
