They found love on national television and invited the world to watch their wedding with a live ceremony on ABC, and now, former The Bachelor stars Sean Lowe and Catherine Giudici have a new big announcement-they're expecting their first child!

The couple took to their Instagram accounts to share the news on Dec. 8, with a pair of photos showing them sitting together on a couch while Lowe touches his wife's belly.

"It's happening! I'm going to be a dad!" Lowe captioned the image on his account.

Giudici's image showed the couple in a similar position, as they also looked at one another with adoring looks on their faces.

"Hey baby :) " she wrote.

The baby is the first for the couple, who married in a live TV ceremony on January 26, 2014. They became engaged during the show's 17th season.

One's of Lowe's former contestants, Desiree Hartsock, who later found her own happily ever after ending on season 9 of The Bachelorette with husband Chris Siegfried, reached out on Twitter to share her warm wishes for the couple.
