Jenelle Evans' ex-fiance, Nathan Griffith, has been complaining about visitation for weeks, but has he done anything to make it happen?

Report: 'Teen Mom 2' Jenelle Evans Will Face A Jury In Upcoming Assault Case

According to a new report, Griffith claims to want to see his son for Christmas, but Evans doesn't seem to be on board with his plan.

"St. Nick is going to pay him a visit with a bag of toys," Griffith told Radar Online on Monday. However, that won't happen unless Evans "lets me see him, which at this point I cannot control".

Jenelle Evans Claims She Quit 'Teen Mom 2,' But Is That Even Contractually Possible?

"I'm still trying my hardest to be in his life," he explained.

While Griffith claims he wants to be involved in his one-year-old son's life, he doesn't appear to have filed for custody, or for visitation. Instead, he claims Evans will only let him see his son if his girlfriend, Jessica Henry, agrees to drop charges against her (Evans was accused of assaulting Henry in August of this year, and the case is ongoing).

"I have anxiety every day wondering if he's ok," Griffith continued. "There are times I feel like I can't go on because he is not with me. It's killing me not being with him. Does Jenelle care about that? Of course not! It's just really disappointing to see a child wonder, 'Where's daddy?'"

Teen Mom 2 season seven is expected to air next year on MTV.
