On Wednesday, the swimsuit model added a new photo on Instagram where she sports some exercise clothes that show off her slender legs and hard abs. In between two men, Agdal captioned the pic by saying this is "the biggest love hate relationship" she's ever had before adding that she was kidding.

Agdal keeps up with a lot pf physical activities to stay in her shapely figure. In an interview with Ask Men last year, she mentioned that there's more to staying healthy than just spending time at the gym.

"I actually love spinning for relaxation and to keep my body healthy, but besides that, I love exploring new restaurants," the model said. "I love being outdoors. I love just spending time in the sun and hanging out with my friends."
Agdal also gave advice on what it takes to stand out in the crowd; in her perspective, it's best to just stay true to oneself and not force anything out.
"You can't really fake confidence," she said. "You know what I mean? Just be confident in who you are when you walk into a room, feel like you own it."
While the model is known for her sexy bikini pics, she's gained a good haul of popularity on Instagram with more than one million followers to date.
