While Nick Cannon and Carey had been separated for months, he just officially filed for divorce last month. And it has not been finalized just yet. Word is that the two are still trying to work out who gets what when it comes to their finances, TMZ reported Saturday.

Even though he is the one who is said to have initiated the split, he has been accused of slowing up the process. Carey and her lawyers were spotted having dinner in Malibu and trying to come up with a master plan to make Cannon finalize the split.
Still, he doesn’t seem to be too bothered by the news that she will be marrying someone else so quickly. He even joked about it on Instagram this weekend. But he made sure to congratulate the couple and let fans know that everything is all good between them.

When it comes to Packer, he’s not 100 percent available either. He is still the legal husband of Ericka Packer. They parted ways nearly three years ago but she is currently dating Seal. The reason they have not officially split is because of strict laws in Australia.
As for Cannon, he has not moved on completely yet. But he has been linked to women like Nicole Murphy (ex-wife of Eddie Murphy), model Jessica White and actress Amber Rose.
