Nick Cannon was in his feelings just a tad during 4th of July weekend after his estranged wife Mariah Carey was spotted hanging out with a man who is said to be her new boyfriend.

Cannon has had his share of alleged girlfriends since he and Carey announced their split last year, but it looks like he’s flying solo now.
He posted a series of messages on Instagram to reveal just how he felt about his new status.

Still, he made it clear to his more than 840,000 followers that he is doing just fine emotionally.
He followed up the photos with the quote, “Not everyone who is single is lonely; not everyone who is taken is in love” before adding, “I’ve been single for a while and I have to say, it’s going very well, like…it’s working out. I think I’m the one.”
