The next episode of The Biggest Loser is about to show more inspiration on staying strong and motivated.

Chatter On 'The Biggest Loser' Premiere Episode

On Wednesday, TV Line posted a sneak peek where trainer Jennifer does what she can to help Erin push her limits to find out what she's truly capable of.

Erin is walking on the treadmill when her trainer decides that they can max it up a little- or, actually as high as it can go.

The trainee seems a little hesitant, but does it anyway. So she goes from a walking mode to a runner's status as she pumps her legs and takes deep breaths. Jennifer then starts spatting out insightful comments about how tough these weeks have been and Erin chose to be a part of this. And if she didn't believe she could do it, then she wouldn't have come.

"Show them what it takes," Jennifer continues. "They don't know how hard it's been, they don't have what you have. They don't have the mind, the power, the brain, the passion to do what it takes! You do!"

With these words being said, Erin starts running faster and faster. It looks like a difficult struggle, but she pumps it out for those remaining five seconds.

Erin questions why she would limit herself where she then hugs her trainer and lets out some tears.
