Kim Richards may be facing some serious legal drama, but that didn't stop her from wishing her oldest daughter a Happy Birthday over the weekend.

As The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star's arrest drama re-surfaces due to her failure to complete community service, she took to Twitter and Instagram, where she shared a very special message for Brooke Brinson-Wiederhorn.

You my darling have surpassed that," Richards continued, along with the photo above. "I am so proud of the beautiful you women you have become making all my dreams come true .. Now it is your turn. May ALL your DREAMS COME TRUE ... as you so deserve everything you dream of... I LOVE Brookie with ALL MY HEART and SOUL."

Meanwhile, as TMZ reported yesterday, Richards recently appeared in court, where she was blasted by a prosecutor for failing to complete her community service due to an alleged foot injury, all while stepping out in heels. She is due back in court in June, where she'll be expected to provide a doctors note.
