Leah Messer is newly single after splitting from T.R. Dues, and in a recent Instagram post, she revealed what she's looking for in a man.

Although the twice-divorced mother of three isn't ready to date quite yet, she took to social media yesterday, where she explained her ideal man to her fans and followers.

Messer also spoke out about finding her and her three children, twins Ali and Aleeah, 6, and daughter Adalynn, 3, a new church. While Messer has posted photos of herself at church in the past, she is no looking to join another establishment.

Prior to her split, Messer dated Tues, a personal trainer, for several months, but the start of their relationship was never officially confirmed. Although Messer first mentioned Dues on Twitter in April of last year, he was her trainer at the time, and it is hard to say when things turned romantic.
