Jenelle Evans wants custody of her young son, Kaiser, two-years-old in June, and child support from the boy's father, Nathan Griffith.

Nearly one year after the Teen Mom 2 star and her former fiance called off their engagement, the two appear to be headed towards a bitter custody dispute.

“Jenelle is putting the child support on Nathan,” a source told Radar Online on Thursday.

According to the source, Evans feels Griffith should be supporting Kaiser more due to the hefty government checks he receives for his past military service.

“She thinks he owes her something,” the source said. “He was getting over $3,000 a month in 2014. It’s called ‘compensation’ for being ‘disabled’ as a result if his deployment.”

“Jenelle doesn’t know how much she will get,” the source continued. “It depends on how much they make him pay per month and then it will all be added up... The child support court case is in April for Jenelle and Nathan."

Meanwhile, Evans is currently in a relationship with David Eason, who she began dating last year, following her split from Griffith.
