Jenelle Evans and her boyfriend, David Eason, appear to be doing well as they head into the seventh season of Teen Mom 2.

Last week, while enjoying spring break in South Padre Island, Texas, Eason shared a sweet photo of himself and Evans on Instagram.
"Spring breakin it with the Bae @j_evans1219," he captioned the photo.

Around the time the photo was shared, Evans' co-star, Kailyn Lowry, called her out for her alleged "mystery illness," which she had been complaining about just prior to her trip.
“Can’t sleep. Call all the specialists in NYC, LA, Miami, etc. #mysteryillness call The Doctors tv show….” Lowry tweeted of Evans' recent appearance on The Doctors, via Radar Online.
Evans filmed an episode of the series in an effort to find a diagnosis for her "anxiety, hot flashes, joint pain and more severe symptoms," and after seeing Lowry's post, Evans was up in arms.
“Come on let’s talk. Answer your phone,” she told Lowry as she posted -- and then deleted -- Lowry's phone number. "You can’t take a joke? Well here is a joke… Everyone call Kail…”
“Your attitude will kill you one day,” Evans added.
