He's told them both he loves them, and now, the time has come for Ben Higgins to finally make a decision and propose to either Lauren B. or JoJo on the season finale of The Bachelor .

He has fallen for both the fun-loving and laidback JoJo, who made an impression on the first night by showing up with a Unicorn mask over her head, and Lauren, the bubbly blonde who was the first contender he met. But unfortunately, he can only propose to one woman, and must break the other's heart.

In a preview clip for the March 14 finale episode, the moment is definitely not easy on Ben, as he tries to cope with his own emotions and figure out which woman he genuinely wants to be with for the rest of his life.

"I'm going to break her heart," he acknowledges in the clip.

And it appears the moment he does, and then sees her off in her limo before he prepares to greet the woman who does choose, will truly break him a bit as well, as he can be seen with tears in his eyes, and pinching himself to stop from crying over having to say goodbye to someone he fell in love with.

Of course, the final decision isn't going to be any easier on his two loves either, because they too have each fallen love with him, and neither one wants to be without Ben after getting to know him the last few weeks.

Lauren B admits that getting to know him has made it impossible to imagine a life that doesn't now include him in some way, or more specifically, where he doesn't call her his wife.

"I can't picture my life without Ben," she says in the clip.

And JoJo also feels the pressure, focusing on the fact that the possibility he could turn her away is terrifying.

"I've never been more scared in my entire life," she admits.

The Bachelor finale airs tonight at 8 p.m. on ABC.

One heart will be broken.
