Jenelle Evans and her mother, Barbara, have had a strained relationship for years, and as they enter their seventh season of Teen Mom 2, not much has changed.

Speaking out in a new interview, the mother of two addressed her relationship with Barbara, revealing their relationship depends on what kind of mood she is in at the time.

"It's on and off. Every day is different, just like how she hates me or hates David one day, and she'll like us the next day. It really just depends what mood you catch her in," Evans explained to Perez Hilton earlier this week.

Also during her interview, Evans shared a few details about her boyfriend, David Eason, who she began dating last year after calling off her engagement to Nathan Griffith.

"[David]'s very hands on with the kids, and he has his own daughter who's 8," she revealed. "He doesn't care about social media, doesn't care about technology. He wants to be outside all the time, wants the kids outside to play. He's the most selfless person that I've met, and he's so generous and caring to everyone. He has 16 nieces and nephews — he was a teen dad too, so he's been changing diapers ever since before he had children."
