Jenelle Evans is currently in the midst of two custody battles, one with her mother, Barbara Evans, and another with her ex-fiance, Nathan Griffith.

While the Teen Mom 2 star has spoke of her desire to gain custody of her oldest child, son Jace, 6, for the past few years, she and her mother appear on the verge of finally coming to an agreement to allow Evans more time with her son. Meanwhile, things between Evans and Griffith are far more tense.

"It's just a lot of butting heads right now," Evans told PEOPLE Magazine. "I think he's really not putting all personal issues aside – he's not making it just about Kaiser. I think he's really jealous of David. He's claiming I'm letting Kaiser called David 'Dada,' but Kaiser knows David by 'David' – I would never do that to Kaiser and I would never do that to Nathan because that's unfair."

Evans and Griffith became engaged during the sixth season of Teen Mom 2, which aired last year, but a short time after they returned home from St. Thomas, where the engagement took place, things between them took a dramatic turn for the worse and months later they called it quits.

Following her split from Griffith in July 2015, Evans began dating her current boyfriend, David Eason, and earlier this week, engagement rumors started swirling.

At this point, Evans has not confirmed any plans to get engaged to Eason, but she did re-tweet one of the rumors to her fans on Twitter.

She also spoke of the possibility of one day settling with Eason, telling PEOPLE Magazine she could "definitely see him as a great person [to have kids with]."

Still, at the time, she claimed, "We're not looking into marriage or kids or [anything] like that."

Evans and her mother return to court in May to address custody of Jace.
