Thomas Ravenel and Kathryn Dennis are at war over their kids.

Following the Southern Charm couple's breakup months ago, Ravenel claims Dennis has been keeping their two children, 2-year-old Kensington and 5-month-old St. Julien, from him.

“Right now, we’re incommunicado,” Ravenel told The New York Post on Monday. “We’re not talking and we only communicate through lawyers. At the present it’s like the Cold War, but hopefully, eventually, it will thaw.”

“I used to see them every other week for three days, and then it went down to every other week for two days, now, I haven’t seen them in eight weeks,” he explains. “I’m thick-skinned, I can take it, but I think it’s harmful to my children... Kensie needs the love of her father. I think any little girl needs that or otherwise there could be repercussions later. She could feel a sense of rejection, a deep-seated rejection. I just want to be by her and show her the love and attention that she needs and deserves.”

While Ravenel and Dennis have been on and off in the past, Ravenel now claims they are better apart as their relationship is simply too toxic to make work.

“I’m supportive of Kathryn, I want what’s best for her as she’s the mother of my children. But for the life of me, I don’t know why we haven’t been able to work out a custody agreement,” Ravenel said. “I want to work something out as quickly as possible. We have an obligation to do so because we have to raise two children, and we’re going to have to communicate and to be friends for their sake.”
