America's Got Talent is back and welcoming Simon Cowell aboard.

On Monday, a promo was released for the upcoming competition where Cowell will be joining the judges' table. As one of the most iconic TV personalities in reality competitions, Cowell is bound to bring his share of encouragement- and, of course, sass- to the show.

The promo shows hysterical moments, including egg fights as well as Cowell receiving what can only be a surprise kiss. Mel B will also tell him to shut up although she may not be the only one to do that.

There is also a moment when auditioners are on stage wondering why they didn't receive any buzzes. So Cowell says it's "never too late," causing Heidi Klum to say how "mean" he can be- even though he's just "kidding."

While the judges show off their wit and humor, there will definitely be heartfelt moments to watch out for. People trying out for the series let out some tears as Cowell tells one of them that late family members would be very proud.

This is when the trailer moves into the wide range of talent that the public can expect to see- this includes hard-core dance moves, insane stunts, lots of magic and dancing with dogs. It even appears that some levitation will be happening where someone can definitely expect to know what it's like when that golden buzzer hits.

Cowell is the type of judge who can be pretty tough to impress. But he announces that a star may have been discovered, and based on what is seen in the video below, he's probably right.

The new season of America's Got Talent premieres on Tuesday, May 31 at 8 p.m. ET on NBC.
