Our heroes on ABC's Once Upon a Time may be back in Storybrooke, but their business with Hades (Greg Germann) is far from over.

Once fans saw Emma (Jennifer Morrison), Regina (Lana Parrilla), David (Josh Dallas), Robin (Sean Maguire) and Henry (Jared Gilmore) return to Storybrooke in the latest episode. But Hades still has plans for our heroes.

Hades arrives in Storybrooke in the next episode, titled "Last Rites," which will prove to be a deadly episode.

The ABC synopsis for this episode reads:

"Emma, David, Regina, Robin and Henry are finally back home in Storybrooke and reunited with Snow, but, unfortunately, they still have to contend with Hades, who continues to deceive Zelena [Rebecca Mader] as he lays out his plan to use the all-powerful Olympian Crystal to take over the town. The heroes desperately search for a way to defeat Hades while Hook [Colin O'Donoghue] does the same in the Underworld, looking for those missing storybook pages. Regina and Robin take a more direct approach, which culminates in an epic showdown that will leave our heroes forever changed."

The promo for this episode shows that a character will die in the episode, "breaking the very heart of Storybrooke forever" as the narrator says. Various characters like Emma and Regina are seen attending a funeral, clearly heartbroken over the death.

Hades is shown wielding a dagger as he ominously tells someone, "This isn't going to kill you. It's going to end you."

Is the show teasing a possible Robin death? There are some hints of this, especially with the synopsis stating that Regina and Robin are taking a "direct approach" that leads to an "epic showdown." There's also a scene in the promo that shows Regina and Robin sharing a tender moment.

It's also possible that this is Hook's funeral, as Emma seems to clearly be shaken. Either way, it looks like we're heading into a devastating episode.

Once upon a Time airs Sundays at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
