Jennifer Garner might look like she's just another one of America's sweethearts when it comes to her cute and non-threatening public persona, but it looks like she's a totally different person behind the scenes. In fact, there's a new report that says the Hollywood star is making her husband Ben Affleck promise that he will never cheat on her again in an effort to make their marriage work.

Even though the couple announced their separation last summer, they've still been living with each other in their Brentwood, California home for the sake of their three children, Violet, Seraphina and Samuel. But now sources say that Garner isn't about to give up hope altogether, as she's given Affleck a laundry list of rules that he must abide by, otherwise he's out for good.

One tipster close to the pair told Naughty Gossip, "Jen has a list of demands which include that Ben stop drinking and gambling and that if he very cheats again he has to give her the kids and everything they own together."

The insider added, "These are her demands and are the only way she will take him back. He will legally sign EVERYTHING over to her if he cheats again. She also is insisting that he see a therapist once a week and that Jen can pick who he sees. She loves him and will take him back, if he can change."

The ex-couple were last spotted canoodling and even at one point sharing a kiss while they were out and about with their three children in Paris, France this past weekend.

So far, neither Garner nor Affleck have made any comments about the rumors.
