Actress Halle Berry confirmed that she is expecting her second child, and her first with fiancé Oliver Martinez, when she cradled her baby bump during an event in Buenos Aires on Monday.

She attended the premiere of her film The Call at Hoyts Cinemas and wore a one-shoulder purple gown that she matched with diamond drop earrings. However, most onlookers were paying attention to the pose she made for photographers, as she wrapped her arms around her stomach and confirmed that she is in fact pregnant once again.

The 46-year-old proudly cradled her mid-section and smiled for cameras only days after news broke of her pregnancy. TMZ reported the story first and sources close to the Academy Award-winning actress said she is three months long. The insider also revealed that the couple already knows the sex of their child - they are expecting a boy.

"We can confirm that Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez are expecting a child," Berry's rep told Us Weekly, to which a source added, "She's elated."

Berry already has a daughter - Nahla, 5 - from her previous relationship with model Gabriel Aubrey. The former couple broke up in 2010 and reportedly had a bitter custody battle. Berry said in the past that Nahla hoped for a sibling. The actress said on The Wendy Williams Show about Nahla, "Every nigth we pray to G-d...She says, 'G-d, please bring me a bunk bed and a baby sister.' "

"What do you say to her when she wants that and can't understand why G-d's taking so long, you know?" Berry added.

The Call is out in theaters now. The thriller is about a 911 operator (Berry) who takes a life-altering call from a teenage girl (Abigail Breslin) that has just been abducted. Berry's character makes it her mission to confront a killer from her past in order to save the teen's life.
