A YouTube video that shows singer Beyonce Knowles reportedly getting slapped in the head during her Mrs. Carter World Tour has gone viral.

The Hollywood Life reported that on April 19, a fan posted a video of the Bow Down singer walking through the crowd at the opening concert of her tour stop in Belgrade, Serbia, when one spectator reached over the barricade and hit Knowles in her head. The singer's bodyguard, Julius escorted her from behind and attempted to help move the singer through the mob, but couldn't do much to help as other fans touched and even pulled Knowles' hair.

The mother of daughter Blue Ivy and wife to rapper Jay-Z seemed not phased by the incident as she took to her Instagram account to upload the picture seen below, along with the caption: "Thank you Serbia!" which was sealed with a red heart-shaped caption. The photo was liked by over 182,000 users.

One fan wrote: "The guy was just trying to touch her head, it just looks like he was trying to slap, And the hair part was actually someone trying to grab her or touch her and accidentally pulled her hair."

Another fan commented and said: "I can't describe to my friends how amazing it was. Bey is perfect! What a voice, what a performer, what a woman..."

Knowles was also the center of major headlines when she performed during the same concert dressed in a sexy and revealing gold bodysuit that appeared to show off her nipples.

Enstars reported earlier that Phillipe and David Blond, the designers who collaborated on the one-piece, said the suit not only took over 600 hours to make, but required 30,000 Swarovski crystals.

"It's interesting because we were so inspired by what her mother, Miss Tina Knowles, was doing with Destiny's Child before we ever started The Blonds. The looks were so fresh because they were one part Motown girl group, with a bit of the Golden Age of Hollywood," the duo said in an interview with Fashionista.
