Regina (Lana Parrilla) and her alter ego, the Evil Queen, might take up much of the screentime on Once Upon a Time next season, but our other heroes will have plenty to do.

Henry (Jared Gilmore) will find himself with a lot on his plate now that the Land of Untold Stories has entered the picture.

"I am a hero now," Gilmore said at the Once Upon a Time Comic-Con panel over the weekend. "My way of helping people is being able to give them their stories and help them figure things out. Henry has found his place. He believes that now he is a part of the heroes. He loves it."

As for Henry's grandmother, Snow/Mary Margaret (Ginnifer Goodwin), things are about to become complicated as the Evil Queen still wants her heart while Regina's friendship with her grows stronger.

"The Evil Queen, if we remember, the one thing she wanted most in the world is Snow White's heart and that will not stop," Once Upon a Time co-creator Edward Kitsis said at the panel. "We're going to see very early on that relationship further. Regina is going to have a group of people to support her while her other half is going to be trying to kill everyone and cause a lot of mischief."

One of Regina's closest friends will continue to be Emma (Jennifer Morrison), even if the Evil Queen isn't a fan of hers.

"These women have grown so much over the years and they've become best friends," Parrilla said at the panel. "They're working together and I think Emma has really helped Regina get to this new place in her life. Emma has saved her many times and vice versa. I see them continuing down that path. The Evil Queen is another entity in itself."

Once Upon a Time season 6 premieres Sunday, Sept. 25 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
