Is Bethenny Frankel engaged to boyfriend Dennis Shields?

Earlier this week on Twitter, the Real Housewives of New York City star shared a photo of herself with fans and in the photo, she was seen sporting a massive diamond ring on THAT finger.

"Bethenny Frankel and Jason Hoppy officially finalised their divorce last month following three years of a nasty settlement battle, and it seems the 45-year-old could be ready to take another trip down the aisle in the near future," the Daily Mail reported on Friday. "Bethenny sparked rumours she is engaged to boyfriend of several months Dennis Shields this week when she showed off what appeared to be a dazzling engagement ring."

In July, after nearly four years of court battles, Frankel and Hoppy finalized their divorce and shortly therafter, they each released statements, via their attorneys.

"Jason is thrilled that this chapter of his life is over; he is extremely pleased with the settlement that was reached. Jason looks forward to the future and enjoying that time privately with family, friends and most important to him, his daughter," Hoppy's lawyer said in a statement to People Magazine.

Frankel's lawyer, Allan Mayefsky, released a statement, as well.

"Out of respect for her privacy and the well-being of her daughter, Bethenny is declining to comment. We can confirm that the divorce has been resolved," the statement read. "Our client is ecstatic that this long chapter is over, and she is looking forward to moving on with her life."
