Nia Guzman, the mother of singer Chris Brown’s two-year-old daughter Royalty has gone off about the latest rumors swirling about her and Brown. But is the speculation true?

The newest drama when TMZ reported that Guzman lost big time in court to Brown Sunday. The site revealed that Brown “annihilated” Guzman during their custody battle. It went as far as the judge reportedly ordering Guzman to pay back Brown for the court costs that he helped cover for her. (A judge first told Brown to pay the $20,000 it would cost to take him to court)

Word is Guzman wanted full custody, Brown to have supervised visitation with the child, Brown’s mother to be restricted to see Royalty, and for Brown to be subject to drug tests. The judge shut down all of her requests and said they will continue the joint custody agreement that includes Brown having Royalty for 12 days a month.

Guzman was also going to have another hearing that included her request for Brown to pay $16,000 a month in child support instead of the current $25,000. She has since removed her request.

But what she did do is go off on Instagram and claimed that the court battle was months ago.

“Our court hearings were over with well over 5 months ago, and yet you put out a one sided story that was false this morning,” she wrote Sunday. “That’s just absurd. Why would you guys print something that was not the truth and cause it to have his deranged fans harass me incessantly. You are putting me and my family under duress and causing us unwarranted harm and bullying. This has to be stopped!”
