Tamra Judge is firing back at false reports regarding her custody situation with her ex-husband, Simon Barney.

According to a new post on Instagram, the Real Housewives of Orange County star has had enough of the speculation into her family life and relationships with her kids and is setting the record straight once and for all.

"I guess Radar is having a slow day and I need to keep them alive??? They really should check their facts... Two incorrect stories in three days??" Tamra Judge began in her post, according to a report by All About the Real Housewives.

Judge and her ex-husband parted ways in 2010 and in the years that followed, they remained at odds over their three childre, Sidney, Spencer and Sophia. Now, however, their dispute is settled as Spencer has chosen to live full-time with Judge and Sidney has decided to remain with her father.

"For the record …I’m not in a custody battle, I won that battle many years ago," Judge continued. "The Instagram picture of Sophia (and Sarah’s girls) getting her nails done are not her cousins. I’m not slamming my ex husband…he won’t let them film. My oldest daughter is not mad at me because I’m on a reality show. Sidney decided to live with her dad and Spencer decided to live with me full time. It’s sad and hurtful for both Simon and I. So stop trying to make money on lies and maybe you can sleep better at night."
