Hours after actress Reese Witherspoon spoke on Good Morning America about her and her husband's arrestTMZ published footage of the police car dash and the power couple being taken into custody.

Witherspoon was arrested in Atlanta on April 19 for disorderly conduct and her husband, Hollywood talent agent Jim Toth, was arrested for DUI. In the arrest video obtained by TMZ, which was posted online Thursday, Witherspoon tells the officer, "Do you know my name sir?" to which he replied, "Don't need to know."

Here are excerpts of the conversation between the Academy award-winning actress and the arresting officer, heard in the video.

Witherspoon: "I'm a US citizen ... I'm allowed to stand on American ground and I can ask any question I want to ask. You better not arrest me. Are you kidding me?...This is not, this is beyond harrassment... You are harassing me as an American citizen. I have done NOTHING against the law."

Officer: "Yes you did, you didn't obey my orders."

Witherspoon: "I have to obey your orders? You better not arrest me..."

As the officer places handcuffs on the actress and takes her back into the car, she asks, "I'm now being arrested and handcuffed?? Do you know my name, sir?"

Officer: "Nope, don't need to know it."

Withersoon: ":You don't need to know my name? That's ok you're about to find out!"

The officer then walks over to Toth and explained why he arested WItherspoon.

"I tried, I absolutely tried. I had nothing to do with that," he tells Toth.

The Hollywood couple was pulled over in Atlanta because Toth was driving the couple's rented Ford Fusion in the wrong lane, according to reports. Witherspoon's arrest for disorderly conduct was because she became irate when her husband was being questioned.

The police report was written by a Georgia State Patrol trooper and Radar Online obtained the document, which included the following: "After I had administered the PBT Mrs. Witherspoon began to hang out the window and say that she did not believe that I was a real police officer."

Witherspoon released a statement two days after the arrest that included a public apology. She admitted she clearly had "one drink too many" and added, "I deeply embarrassed about the things I said."

During Witherspoon's appearance on GMA on Thursday, she said she spoke to the arresting officer after the incident and told him that she made an "unacceptable mistake."

"It was just one of those nights, we went out to dinner and had one too many glasses of wine," the Legally Blonde actress told George Stephanopolous. "We thought we were OK to drive but we definitely were not," she admitted.

Witherspoon apologized repeatedly in their chat saying, "We are just so sorry this happened. We know better than that. It's something that will absolutely never happen again."
